Delivery:

Delivery inside the UK is completely free. We bear all the shipping cost which is incurred in shipping out the product to your doorstep fully secured.

We use Royal mail special next day delivery for all our items delivered inside the UK. Delivery outside the UK varies in costs and is provided by Royal Mail International Signed For™

All items are insured against loss damage and theft during shipment.

Delivery times:

We aim to deliver the product to you as soon as it is ready and has passed our Quality checks.

1. Rings on site can take between 7 to 14 days, if it takes longer than 14 days we will contact you within 3 days of your purchase.
2. Bespoke designs can take anywhere between 14 to 28 days, depending on the complexity of the design.

Track and Trace:

On the day of dispatch, you will receive a notification containing you tracking number. You can visit the websites given below to find out the status of your parcel:

Safe and Secured Delivery:

For safety and security, we urge our customers to be present at the delivery address to collect the parcel and inspect parcel for any damage, tampering or meddling before signing.

Delivery to Alternate Address:

If you wish to arrange the delivery of your item to an alternate address (other than your billing address), we will be more than happy to help you out. For such request, we require identification documents to safeguard our buyers from fraudulent activities. Details of these will be sent to you via email upon receipt of your request.

Returning your item for a refund/exchange

Please include ALL documents/certification that you received with the item, and the original box that you received with the item.

Please keep all tags on when returning, any tags that have been taken off will not be eligible for returns as specified in terms and conditions

You will be provided with your purchase a returns form. If you wish to return the item please fill out the form stating the reason of your return.
